These terms apply to use of the uBuySell website and marketplace. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order or listing products and services.
Marketplace role
uBuySell provides an online marketplace where independent sellers offer products, food and services. Unless a listing or checkout expressly says otherwise, the seller is responsible for the description, quality, availability, preparation or dispatch, and fulfilment of their own offer.
Orders and payments
Submitting an order is a request to purchase the listed items. Prices, delivery charges, payment methods and order status are shown during checkout where available. Orders may be subject to seller confirmation, stock availability and payment authorisation.
Seller listings
Sellers must ensure listings, prices, images, availability, delivery options and claims are accurate and lawful. Sellers must comply with applicable consumer, food safety, privacy and other legal requirements relevant to their business.
Delivery, collection and returns
Delivery and collection arrangements may differ by seller. Please read the Shipping & Collection information and any applicable product or seller terms. If there is a problem with an order, contact the seller or uBuySell for assistance. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, post unlawful or misleading listings, interfere with other users, or attempt to compromise the security of the marketplace.
