Add your items to the bag and continue to checkout. Enter your delivery address in the shipping section – the available delivery options and cost for your area are shown before you pay. You can add a separate billing address if it differs.
Your card is charged once, at checkout, when you confirm the order and complete the secure Paystack payment. If a payment fails, nothing is taken and you can try again.
Card payments are processed by Paystack, so the charge usually appears on your statement as “Paystack” rather than “uBuySell”. If you are unsure about a charge, send us the date and amount and we will match it to your order.
Your card must be enabled for online payments and 3D Secure, with enough available funds and billing details that match the card. If it is declined, check with your bank, try another Visa or Mastercard, or contact us and we will help.
Delivery is handled by the seller or a local courier. The options available for your address, and their prices, are shown at checkout once you enter your delivery details.
Delivery times depend on the seller and the option you choose, and the estimate is shown at checkout. Local orders usually arrive within a few business days, and the seller shares tracking details once the order is dispatched.
